Payment Policy
All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of any tennis session. Failure to do so
may result in the denial of access to the tennis facilities.Cancellation Policy for Private Classes:
Private class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges or
deduction against pre-paid sessions.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled private class may incur a fee.Cancellation Policy for Group Sessions:
There is no cancellation option for group sessions. Once scheduled, group sessions will be
conducted as planned, and any absence will be considered a completed class.Package Validity:
All tennis packages purchased through PlayOn Tennis Academy are subject to a specific
validity period as indicated in the ClassCard system. The validity period for each package is
clearly outlined upon purchase. It is the responsibility of the package holder to utilize all
sessions or benefits within the designated time frame.Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Medical Condition: A full or partial refund may be granted upon submission of a medical
certificate indicating the inability to participate in tennis activities.
Emergency: Refunds may be considered in the case of documented emergencies preventing
attendance.Make-Up Classes:
In the event of a coach's absence or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the
academy will make reasonable efforts to schedule a make-up class at a mutually agreed-upon
time.Code of Conduct:
All clients are expected to adhere to a code of conduct promoting a positive and respectful
environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of
services without refund.Equipment and Attire:
Clients are required to use appropriate tennis attire and bring their own tennis equipment.
The academy may provide equipment in certain cases, but clients are encouraged to have
their own racquets and other personal tennis gear.Safety and Liability:
Clients are responsible for their own safety during tennis activities. The academy will not be
held liable for any injuries sustained during sessions unless resulting from proven negligence
on the part of the academy or its staff.Photography and Promotion:
The academy reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during sessions for
promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by the client in writing.Termination of Services:
The academy reserves the right to terminate services to any client for violation of terms and
conditions or any behavior deemed detrimental to the well-being of others within the
academy.Parental Presence during Sessions:
For the safety and focused learning environment of all participants, parents and guardians
are kindly requested not to be on the tennis court during training sessions. The coaching staff
is trained to handle and supervise all aspects of the sessions, and the presence of parents on
the court may distract participants and disrupt the flow of instruction.Parents and guardians are welcome to observe sessions from designated viewing areas,
ensuring minimal interference with the ongoing activities. If there are specific concerns or
requirements that necessitate parental presence, please communicate with the coaching staff
in advance to make suitable arrangements.The restriction on parental presence is in place to foster a constructive learning environment
for all participants, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.PlayOn Tennis Academy strictly prohibits any form of outside coaching within our facilities conducted by non-affiliated coaches, external instructors.Our certified coaching staff is the only authorized personnel to conduct coaching sessions at our academy. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the premises.
